The Lamb of God Triptych – JP3412

This is a study of icon techniques and Renaissance illuminated manuscript decorative motifs. A more stylized icon form is done here.  We remember that it is said that one writes an icon rather than paints an icon.

There is a bundle option to purchase the packet and the beautiful wooden tryptych.  The tryptych stands 18 1/2″ high and is 11 1/2″ wide with doors closed.  When open the piece measures 19 1/2″ wide.  There is a drawer that opens below the drawers.
